The American Gear Manufacturers Association Foundation—an arm of AGMA, a member- and market-driven organization to the gear industry with 495 member companies from the United States, Mexico, and Canada—needed to attract qualified employees to gear manufacturing.

Following an assessment of the Foundation’s needs including interviews, statistics research, and a marketing audit, we created the Get into Gears campaign.

Get into Gears features an online marketing toolkit containing a selection of marketing pieces member companies can use to attract qualified applicants to their business. Most of the marketing pieces in the Toolkit are customizable, so prospects can contact the member company directly.
